What this site collects

  • If you type your email address to download a file, receive calculator results, or join the email list, we receive that email address and the page you were on.
  • If you book a Contractor Financial Control Review, scheduling runs on HubSpot. HubSpot receives the name, email, and time you submit. We receive that booking so we can hold the call. Marketing source, medium, and campaign labels may be kept for this browser tab session and passed to HubSpot when you open the booking page, so we can see which channels lead to bookings. We do not pass other URL parameters or the full referring page address in booking links.
  • The site may record basic visit data, such as the page address and general device information, so we can see which pages are useful.

AI website assistant

Our AI website assistant is provided through Chatbase. Chat messages and any contact details you choose to share are processed by Chatbase to respond to your questions and help us follow up. The assistant provides information about our services, not advice specific to your tax or financial situation. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, account credentials, tax returns, or confidential client information. Use our secure client portal for sensitive documents.

How we use it

We use this information to send the file or result you asked for, to schedule and follow up on a Contractor Financial Control Review, and to improve the site. Email addresses are stored with our email service so we can send what you requested. If you opted in, that can include occasional notes about contractor accounting. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.

We do not sell personal information. This website is not used to collect health or medical information.

How long we keep it

We keep email addresses and booking details for as long as we need them to provide what you asked for, to meet recordkeeping rules, or until you ask us to delete them.
