What this site collects

• If you type your email address to download a file, receive calculator results, or join the email list, we receive that email address and the page you were on.
• If you book a Books Health Check, scheduling runs on Reclaim. Reclaim receives the name, email, and time you submit. We receive that booking so we can hold the call.
• The site may record basic visit data, such as the page address and general device information, so we can see which pages are useful.

How we use it

We use this information to send the file or result you asked for, to schedule and follow up on a Books Health Check, and to improve the site. Email addresses are stored with our email service so we can send what you requested. If you opted in, that can include occasional notes about contractor accounting. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.

We do not sell personal information. This website is not used to collect health or medical information.

How long we keep it

We keep email addresses and booking details for as long as we need them to provide what you asked for, to meet recordkeeping rules, or until you ask us to delete them.
